System Requirements:
This interactive DVD has been designed for use on both Windows and Macintosh platforms (no installation required) with reference to the following specifications:
Windows Based PC:
- Operating System: Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7
- Processor Type: AMD or Intel (Intel recommended)
- Processor Speed: Intel Core Duo 1.2 Ghz or better (2.6 Ghz or better recommended)
- Processor Speed - Pentium: 3.2 Ghz or better
- RAM: minimum of 512 Mb (1 Gb recommended)
- Display: minimum screen size or 1024 x 768
Macintosh:
- Operating System: Mac OS 10.4.x or better
- Processor Type: Intel Solo or Intel Core 2 Duo (Intel Core 2 Duo recommended)
- Processor Speed: 1.0 Ghz or better (1.8 Ghz or better recommended)
- RAM: minimum of 512 Mb (1 Gb recommended)
- Display: minimum screen size or 1024 x 768
Starting BOBOSC
Windows Start-up:
Once the interactive DVD is inserted, a start-up screen should load automatically. If it does not load automatically, go to “My Computer” or “Computer”, select your DVD drive and then select the “BOBOSC” application to start the program.
Macintosh Start-up:
Once the interactive DVD is inserted, the disc will mount automatically on the desktop, select the “BOBOSC” application to start the program.
Screen Resolution:
Playback at Full Screen
To ensure the best possible experience with viewing the resource, we recommend setting your screen resolution to 1024 x 768. Please use the instructions below to assist you.
Windows XP:
Right Click the Desktop, and select Properties. In the Display Properties window, select the Settings tab in the top-right. Drag the Screen Resolution slider to the left to decrease/increase the resolution of your monitor to 1024 x 768. Once done, press Apply.
You will be prompted to accept the new resolution, select the Yes button.
Windows Vista:
Right Click the Desktop, and select Personalize. Once the screen loads click Display Settings. Drag the Screen Resolution slider to the left to decrease/increase the resolution of your monitor to 1024 x 768. Once done, press Apply. You will be prompted to accept the new resolution, select the Yes button.
Windows 7:
Right Click the Desktop, and select Screen Resolution. Select the Resolution dropdown box, and drag the slider to 1024 x 768.
Once done, press Apply. You will be prompted to accept the new resolution, select the Keep Changes button.
Mac OS X 10.5+:
Click Apple logo in top-right of screen, select System Preferences.
Once System Preferences are loaded, click on Displays.
Select the 1024 x 768 option from the list provided. The change in screen size automatically gets applied. Close the window once completed.
